One hour No Gi class for all levels.
Kids class for ages 4-8. We always have at least 3 teachers on the mat.
Kids class for ages 9 and up. Once your child is large enough and comfortable enough, they may enter Adult Class. At least 3 instructors are always on the mat.
One hour No Gi class for all levels.
In this class we focus on fundamental techniques and drills, there is no sparring. Although this class is geared for lower ranks, all levels enjoy perfecting their techniques and BJJ conditioning in this class.
Yoga, it's good for you. It will make you better at jiu-jitsu. Casey teaches a class that is accessible to everyone. All welcome. $20
