Kids Class

Kids class for ages 4-8. We always have at least 3 teachers on the mat.

Kids class for ages 9 and up. Once your child is large enough and comfortable enough, they may enter Adult Class. At least 3 instructors are always on the mat.

On Fridays, all of our Kids train together so the older children can learn to teach and be role models, and the younger children can get a sense of what they may become if they continue their training. Also it's just FUN to get together as the Team Alves Family. The kids are welcome to […]
