  • Beach Grappling/Belt Promotion Ceremony/Open Mat/BBQ

    All kids and adults are invited (i.e. expected) to attend belt promotions :) Our beach grappling events at South Lido under the trees have become one of the Team's most favorite traditions. Bring your family, and a dish to share.

    Kids class for ages 9 and up. Once your child is large enough and comfortable enough, they may enter Adult Class. At least 3 instructors are always on the mat.

  • Fundamentals Class

    In this class we focus on fundamental techniques and drills, there is no sparring. Although this class is geared for lower ranks, all levels enjoy perfecting their techniques and BJJ conditioning in this class.
