Team Alves Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu 5566 Palmer Blvd, Sarasota, FL, United StatesIn this class we focus on fundamental techniques and drills, there is no sparring. Although this class is geared for lower ranks, all levels enjoy perfecting their techniques and BJJ conditioning in this class.

Team Alves Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu 5566 Palmer Blvd, Sarasota, FL, United StatesKids class for ages 9 and up. Once your child is large enough and comfortable enough, they may enter Adult Class. At least 3 instructors are always on the mat.
